If you found this web site, it probably means that I have personally invited you too my barbeque this coming Saturday June 9th. If you've never been to one of my barbeques, then you will definately want to try to make this one!

Anyway, I'm having a Brazilian churrasco, Dave style.  We've had a few of these over the years and each one of them has been memorable in it's own way! (Not to mention grouping together under the gazebos to get out of the light passing summer rains.)  It's been a lot of fun in the past when we've gotten together so now let's see if we can have a lot of fun all over again.

In the past we've had some pretty fun parties.  We will have barbequed beef ( picanha ) and Brazilian sausage and chicken.  Also for the vegetarians, I will be making veggie-kabobs. These were definately a 'hit' at one of my smaller barbeques last year.

If we're lucky enough, we might be making coração de frango.  When I first heard about this, I was quite hesitant.  But it's like sushi... you try it a few times and now you love it!

I'll need a little help, however (Sorry, I'm not completely financed for this bash), with getting some of the supplies, so I'll need $10 per person or $10 worth of  other supplies which you can ask me by email or phone.

By the way, don't mind the silly music I put on this web site.  I always have to laugh at this song. I believe it's called Nosso Paradinha by band Harmonia De Samba (from the state of Bahia in Brazil)..   I couldn't resist putting it on this site, so just turn it off when you had enough!  In case you missed it, there's a 'play' button at the top of this  page.


Dave's Brazilian Barbeque We'll also be making salad, rice, farofa, and vinaigrette. So get your appetite up and let me know if you'll be coming.  Just fill out the form on this web page and I'll send you an email with the details.

We won't need the typical American barbeque items like hamburgers, hot dogs, and chips. But if you really like these, feel free to bring them with you and we'll throw them on the grill (not the chips!)

 Yes we'll also make some caipirhinhas. These drinks are a little strong but taste great and go really well with barbeque.  We usually have one or two people who know how to make these great tasting drinks.

Last year we had someone make some very delicious frozen strawberry drinks, so we'll plan on doing that again. All we'll need is some strawberries and ice and vodka (if you like).

I made some new friend over the last year so let's see if they want to join us.  Don't be shy, of course you want to make some unique memories for this summer. So RSVP today! Dave's Brazilian Barbeque

 So as soon as I get your information, I will get back to you with all the details. If everything goes well, then we'll probably even have one or two more barbeques this summer. Maybe next time it will be on a Saturday night.

I know this web site is more than needed to invite people to a barbeque  but it was fun to make and it's only purpose was to invite some new people and to build some excitement.
